About us
This website is operated by Baby Secure, based in Al Quoz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at sales@babysecure.ae or +971 58 558 1377.
Using this website
The website is provided for information. Prices, availability and product details can change, and nothing on the site is an offer to sell at a stated price. Please do not copy our text, photographs or drawings without written permission.
Quotes and site visits
Site visits and written quotes are free. A quote is based on what we measure at your property and is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. If access, pool shape, surface or ground conditions turn out to be different from what we measured, we will tell you before doing extra work and agree the cost with you first.
Orders and payment
Work is confirmed when you accept the written quote and pay the deposit stated on it. The balance is due on completion of the installation. We do not take card payments through this website. Payment terms, deposit amount and any late payment terms are set out in your quote, and your quote takes priority if it differs from this page.
Installation and your responsibilities
We agree an installation date with you in advance. Please make sure we have safe access to the pool area on the day, that the area is clear, and that you have any permission needed from your landlord, developer or community management before we drill or fix anything. We are not responsible for concealed services such as pipes or cables that were not disclosed to us or visible on site.
Warranty
We provide a five year warranty covering manufacturing faults in the fencing we supply and faults in our workmanship, from the date of installation. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, alterations by others, or a fence that has been moved or reinstalled by someone other than us. To make a claim, contact us with your job details and photographs of the issue.
Safety
A pool fence is one layer of protection. It reduces the risk of a young child reaching the water, but no fence replaces adult supervision. Gates must be kept closed and latched, and the fence should be checked regularly. We are not liable for incidents that follow from a gate left open, a fence altered or removed without us, or a lack of supervision.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by UAE law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Otherwise our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the work concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Cancellations and refunds
See our refund and cancellation policy.
Privacy
We handle your information as set out in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
