We only ask for what we need to answer your enquiry and arrange a site visit.

• Your email address and telephone number.
• Your community or area, so we can plan the visit.
• Your preferred contact method.
• Anything you choose to tell us in the message field.

We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and we do not ask for information about children. Please do not send us sensitive information such as identity documents through the enquiry form.

If you accept measurement cookies, we also receive standard website usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location by city, device type and referring site. See our cookie policy.

Our legal basis is your consent when you submit the enquiry form, and our legitimate interest in running the business and honouring warranties. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision making.

We contact you about your enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any message or emailing sales@babysecure.ae.

We share personal information only where it is needed to run the business and under a duty of confidentiality.

• Our installation team, so they can carry out the work at your property.
• Authorities or advisers, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers store data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to make sure your information stays protected to a similar standard.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Where we carry out an installation, we keep the job record for the length of the warranty and for as long as tax and commercial record keeping rules require.

Under UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation where it applies to you, you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the information we hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete your information,
• restrict or object to how we use it,
• withdraw consent you have given, including cookie consent.

Email sales@babysecure.ae and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the UAE Data Office, or to your local data protection authority.

Enquiries reach us by email and are held in accounts protected by passwords and access controls. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending confidential documents by email.
